Terms & Conditions

Payment methods and terms

We use a payment gateway with a merchant who offers high security transactions via their platform. A customer can contact Web Nauka and agree on services required and the service fee to be paid to Web Nauka. Once it is agreed, the payment of fees should be made in full to Web Nauka on a link which the Web Nauka team would send to the client with the amount agreed. Web Nauka would send an invoice to the client after the payment is made and the services would start as agreed, after this payment process is completed.

             

Data security and privacy


Web Nauka team will ensure that the information shared by the client would be used for the website and shall act in good faith to ensure professional handling of the information. Web Nauka shall not use the text, audio or visuals pertaining to one client for any other client or entity that is not related to the client that pays fees for the services offered by Web Nauka.

             

Dispute resolution


Informal negotiations and meetings with agenda to resolve issues:      


Since we value our clients’ time and good relations that we always thrive to achieve, all efforts possible shall be made towards resolution of any disputes or disagreements surrounding our services to our clients. We shall endeavor to discuss these issues with our clients in good faith and try to drive a positive outcome with these efforts.

Financial liability

       

The financial liability of Sankara Abharana Vipani (firm that owns the brand name - Web Nauka) shall be limited only to the extent of the value of the service fee paid by a client or customer of Sankara Abharana Vipani which shall be settled in a competent court of law if the case is proven to be due to an error or mishandling which caused the damage to the digital assets of the client. Our firm shall in no way be responsible for performance of tools or other third party technology platforms and their malfunction or damage that is caused to our clients functioning of digital assets like website, databases, domain name, email ID or any other tool or software that is used by the client.
